Shoe Size Exchange Policy:
We understand that finding the right size can be difficult when shopping online, so we are happy to offer a one-time exchange for footwear.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the shoes.
- The shoes must be exchanged for a different size in the same style and heel height.
